3/25/2018 3 Comments Berry Kiwi Smoothie BowlSmoothie bowls make a great breakfast, or lunch. They are healthy, packed with vitamins, and can be very filling. Here is a recipe that I like to make, but feel free to let your creativity shine. For one bowl:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender; fruits first, followed by yogurt and chia seeds. 2. Add a bit of water, just a couple tablespoons. 3. Blend until you obtain a thick consistency. Be careful not to blend too much, especially if you still like to find chunks of fruits in your smoothie. 4. Pour into a bowl and decorate with toppings of your choice (fruits, coconut, chia seeds, honey, granola, chopped nuts, chocolate, etc.). Extra tips:
