1. Place all ingredients, except the milk, into a small saucepan. Over low heat, stir until chocolate is melted and ingredients are mixed together. 2. Add the milk, and stir well. 3. Over medium heat, stir regularly until milk is warm (but not boiling!). 4. Remove from heat and whisk vigorously until frothy. 5. Pour into mugs and enjoy next to the fireplace! This is hot chocolate with a little kick. I love the heat the spices provide, mixed with the rich flavor of melted chocolate. It is the perfect drink for those cozy winter nights. Tips:
